Here’s to an incredible 2025!

Happy New Year, everyone!

I’m kicking off 2025 with a bang: two incredible new clients for Freshwater Futures, exciting projects underway, and a fresh focus on building AI—not just talking about it.

This year, I’m diving deep into creating human-like AI assistants for clients in financial services and education. These industries are ripe for transformation, and it feels energising to be back in the thick of developing AI solutions after a year spent largely leading strategy sessions and educating executives.

What I love most about this work is the thrill of turning ideas into reality—going from “what if?” to delivering tangible results in weeks.

2025 feels like a year brimming with potential. I’m optimistic about what’s ahead: deploying smarter, more capable AI assistants for clients and rethinking how we approach great customer experiences. There’s so much to explore, and I’ll share more soon!
